What is the Kasang Return Policy?

At Kasang, every product is made to order with care, especially since we offer a wide range of customizable items. While we hope you love what you receive, we understand that issues can occasionally arise — and we’re here to help.

For a quick resolution, if you received damaged or defective item(s), please submit photos to our Customer Support team HERE before starting a return. 

Return Policy

  • Returns are only applicable for non-customized bags.
  • Items MUST be in unused condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. 
  • Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Customized products not eligible for returns.
  • We offer Exchanges for Non-customized Products.
