Shipping & Delivery – Kasang

i. How long will my order take to reach me?

At Kasang, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible ✨

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (unless marked as pre-order)

Once shipped, delivery timelines are:

  • 3–5 working days for metro cities
  • 5–7 working days for other locations

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on your pincode.

ii. Need it sooner? 

We offer express shipping for select pincodes if you need your Kasang order faster.

  • Most metro deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days
  • Place your order before 11 AM for same-day dispatch
  • Availability depends on your location

To request express delivery:

  • Place your order as usual
  • Email us at orders@kasang.com with your order number
  • Our team will confirm availability and share a payment link/UPI
  • Once confirmed, we’ll prioritise your dispatch

Please note: While we move fast, exact delivery timelines can’t be guaranteed. As this is a priority service, express fees are non-refundable in case of delays.

iii. When will I receive tracking details?

You’ll receive your tracking link via WhatsApp and email once your order is shipped.
You can also track it anytime in the “Your Orders” section.

iv. What if I’m not available during delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • You may receive a call/message to reschedule
  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • Re-shipping can be arranged for ₹120

v. Order marked ‘Delivered’ but not received?

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
After this window, it may be difficult to escalate with courier partners.

vi. Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1000
  • ₹50 shipping fee for orders below ₹1000

vii. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at an additional charge of ₹80

viii. Payment options

We support all major payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking

ix. Not sure if your pincode is serviceable?

Drop us an email at order@kasang.com and we’ll help you out.

If your location is unserviceable after placing an order, we’ll issue a refund as per our policy.

x. How will my order be delivered?

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your Kasang order reaches you safely, with tracking updates at every step.

xi. Entered the wrong shipping details?

  • We’ll try our best to update your details
  • Changes may not be guaranteed once the order is shipped
  • Courier updates can take up to 24 working hours
